The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.
• Coordinate the Digital Content Management for our Chatbot and Virtual Assistant initiatives
• Manage the Approval flows required for both internal and external (cross business) product teams
• Facilitate the required reviews and solicit approvals of our digital content from our Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control partners
• Record and maintain content and approvals in an enterprise CMS to facilitate changes, triggered reviews, and audits
Required locations for this position are either 401 S Tryon St., Charlotte, NC., 1305 W 23rd St Tempe, AZ, 150 E 42nd St., New York, NY or 550 California St, San Francisco, CA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This position will work remotely until COVID restrictions are lifted.
• 3+ years’ experience with content and document management initiatives
• 1-3 years in SharePoint or other intranet document and web management tools such as OpenText, SDL Tridion, or Documentum
• Ability to manage content review cycles and approval process across teams
• Ability to document and track content approvals
• General knowledge of content management systems and document storage practices
• Strong process focus
• Enjoys and excels at the process of gathering information, organizing, and documenting
• Able to produce clear, concise, accurate written documentation and manage this content through various approval and review cycles.
• Ability to work across multiple organizational functions with different perspectives such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control
• Experience working with Wells Fargo Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control organizations
