About the Role - You’ll lead high‑impact AI and analytics programs with full ownership from strategy to execution. Work directly with senior leadership to influence enterprise‑level technology decisions. Drive modern engineering practices and shape next‑gen AI and cloud architectures. Lead and mentor high‑performing engineering teams across multiple technology domains. Make a meaningful impact by delivering scalable, innovative digital solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities -

• Drive execution across large scale GenAI, AI/ML platforms and digital products, ensuring outcomes align with clinical, operational, and enterprise priorities.
• Experience in building prediction, assistance and actionability platforms that deliver operational impact.
• Trusted advisor to the CTO and CDO office to translate strategic objectives into measurable, value‑driven outcomes.
• Provide architecture oversight for GCP‑native solutions (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive adoption of modern AI engineering practices including AI/ML‑first and Gen AI architectures, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Build, mentor, and scale high‑performing teams across AI/ML, GenAI, data engineering, full‑stack, mobile, and cloud domains.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and benefit realization. Ensure strong delivery governance.
• Drive standardization, reusable patterns, accelerators, and reference architectures across programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, operating models, and best practices across the AI and analytics portfolio.

Qualifications -

• Must‑Have: 15+ years of experience in software, platform, or product engineering, with 7+ years in senior engineering and delivery roles.
• Strong execution track record delivering secure, compliant, scalable platforms in regulated environments.
• Healthcare IT experience (provider domain preferred), with hands‑on exposure to HIPAA, and regulated SDLCs.
• Experience with AI platforms, enterprise chatbots, agentic AI, and clinical or operational AI use cases.
• Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale AI / GenAI programs from strategy through production in complex healthcare environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI etc.
• Good understanding of AI/ML engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, and foundation model integration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex engineering strategy into clear business outcomes for executive audiences.

Required Skills -

• Experience defining and operationalizing FinOps, cloud economics, and governance guardrails at scale.
• Prior experience working with large academic medical centers or healthcare systems.
• Experience contributing to AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), accelerators, or reusable enterprise platforms.

Location: Remote (With occasional travel to client location)
