SilkCut is hiring: Amazon + TikTok Shop + Influencer Growth Operator (Contract)
We are looking for someone who can own revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Impact and influencer driven sales.
This is not a strategy role. This is execution, ownership, and results.
What You Own
- Amazon and TikTok Shop revenue
- Listings, bundles, and SKU performance
- Influencer sourcing and outreach
- Affiliate programs across Impact, FlexOffers, and Skimlinks
- Creator and affiliate driven sales
- Weekly reporting and growth insights
What You Do
- Launch and optimize high converting listings
- Manage marketplace operations
- Identify and reach out to influencers, photographers and freelancers every day
- Activate creators and scale the ones that convert
- Build and grow affiliate partnerships
- Track performance and double down on what works
- Cut anything that does not drive sales
Who You Are
- You have hands on experience with Impact, FlexOffers, LTK, SkimLinks, Amazon or TikTok Shop
- You have done real influencer outreach, not just managed inbound
- You are comfortable sending cold outreach daily
- You are fast, accountable, and focused on revenue
- You care about results, not activity
