Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Hematology/Oncology

Charleston Oncology, a leader in cutting-edge cancer care across the Lowcountry, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing hematology/oncology team. Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC.

  • Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).

  • Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs.�

  • Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

  • Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets.

  • Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations.

  • Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience (5+ years preferred).

  • Experience as a primary caregiver for cellular therapy patients (BMT & CAR-T).

  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
