What You Will Do

Ascension Saint ThomasHeart is seeking to add a new Full Time APP to our clinic in Clarksville, TN.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient APP with Cardiology experience a plus
• Full Time opportunity
• Working in a very collaborativeoffice with 3 Physicians and 2 other APPs
• This position will mostly see follow up visit in the clinic in addition to having their own panel of patientsas time goes on.
• Position will require the APP to be credentialedat Tennova Hospital in Clarksville

• AHA Get with the Guidelines (GWTG) Atrial Fibrillation Gold Status
• Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center of Excellence
• AHA/Mitral Foundation Mitral Repair Award Center

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing require
