Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Location: York, PA
Employment Type: Full-time (1.00 FTE)
- Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high‑acuity, 44‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
- 24‑hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8‑week schedule
- Shift options include 7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m.
- Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full‑time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
- Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
- State‑of‑the‑art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
- Dedicated in‑unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
- Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
