What You’ll Champion:

• Hiring to maintain adequate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staffing to support ED holds, ED Observation (EDOP) patients, and triage/transfer responsibilities.�
• 7‑on / 7‑off rotation (Thursday–Wednesday) with 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.), including coverage of any holidays that fall within the scheduled rotation.�
• Provide comprehensive inpatient floor coverage, including bedside patient evaluations, assistance with code responses, medication management, and clinical support across all inpatient units (excluding the ICU).�
• Join a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospital environment, averaging 300 patients per day, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.�
• Required qualifications: Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in acute or inpatient care.
