Job Title: HR Admin
Location: Hybrid, Boston, MA 02115
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week 9-5 Monday-Friday
Job Summary
The Human Resources Assistant supports the University Talent Acquisition Team and business process support across all human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding support, and compliance. The HR Assistant interacts with the University’s Human Resources Administration as well as faculty and staff, answering inquiries and directing them to resources.
Responsibilities:
i. Assisting Managers of HR Administration/Faculty HR with troubleshooting issues within the I-9 platform including Everify issues
ii. Direct I-9 administrators to the correct existing resources in the HRSC
iii. Initiate I-9 corrections in the Service Center
iv. Initiate manual I-9s links upon request
v. Maintain the users of the I-9 Service Center

· Previous experience within an HR function including HR systems such as Workday and knowledge of processing I-9s is strongly preferred
