Performs administrative duties for the CEO and other bank executives; maintains CEO’s calendar, schedules appointments and reminders/alerts; handles and responds to correspondence; ensures timely completion of projects; assists with special projects; gathers information for and maintains files/records. Requires proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel; proficient interpersonal relations/communication skills; ability to operate various office machines; ability to deal with complex problems. A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum or related experience and a minimum of four years’ related experience required; an Associates degree in business preferred. Experience must include demonstration of discretionary judgement, poise and tact to represent the bank in contacts of importance.
