Job Description:
We are hiring an Administrative & Data Coordinator for a short-term contract opportunity supporting a newly established team. This role will focus on organizing large volumes of data, improving file systems, and conducting research related to property assets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a less structured, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort through and organize high volumes of documents and property-related information
- Build and maintain structured file systems within Google Drive
- Create clear naming conventions and indexing systems for easy data retrieval
- Conduct research on land parcels and real estate data
- Support presentation creation and general administrative tasks
- Assist in developing workflows and processes for a growing team
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all organized data
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, operations, or data-related roles
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Drive and Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable managing large datasets and document-heavy workflows
- Experience in real estate, legal, audit, or similar environments is a plus
