The Administrative Assistant will support Investment Operations by managing the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for assets contributed to reinsurance trust accounts. This role partners closely with Legal, Investment Operations, Custody, and external service providers to ensure required documentation is properly prepared, executed internally, mailed, tracked, and delivered across multiple trusts bank accounts and asset classes. There will be decision making on specific documentation based off each asset class added to the portfolio, however it is well documented.
