Administrative Operations Assistant

Location: North Palm Beach

Schedule: M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility for 1x/month events)

We are looking for a high-energy, resilient Administrative Assistant to be the backbone of our property management office. This isn’t a "sit-at-the-desk" role; you’ll be the Property Manager’s right hand, jumping between digital organization, creative projects, and active field support.

The Role
  • Operational Support: Manage the flow of the office through professional emailing, digital filing, scanning, and basic Excel tracking.

  • Resident Liaison: Handle incoming homeowner inquiries and issues via phone and email. You’ll need a thick skin and a calm, confident demeanor to resolve complaints effectively.

  • Creative Projects: Use Canva (we will train you!) to create professional flyers and notices for community meetings and events.

  • Field Assistance: Once permanent, you’ll assist the Property Manager and Maintenance Lead with landscape walk-throughs and various community errands.

  • The Reliability: You’re a flexible "hat-wearer" who isn't a clock-watcher. If an occasional event (1x/month) requires evening help, you’re happy to jump in (and we’ll adjust your hours that day to keep it fair).

  • The Skills: Proficient in Word/Excel. Experience in an HOA or property management environment is a major plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
