To remain a recognized leader, we are seeking a Administrative Assistant that is an excellent communicator, has strong interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced environment providing the best customer experience. We are looking for someone who can multi-task, prioritize, organize efficiently and be detail oriented. This position performs various tasks to support the day-to-day functions of the office. Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties, such as data entry, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate person, including using the paging/intercom system.
  • Route emergency calls appropriately.
  • Relay and route written and verbal messages.
  • Provides clerical support to both office team members and the production team.
  • Prepares daily outgoing mail and any UPS packets.
  • Maintains supplies for USPS and UPS.
  • Maintains and orders office supplies as needed.
  • Assists with ordering or coordinating business luncheons as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What Tredit Tire is looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Some College Preferred.
  • Prior experience within an office setting preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
  • Knowledge working with Syspro or similar ERP software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to assist others when needed.
  • Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize efficiently.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
