Job Title: Scheduling Specialist
Job Summary
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of rough and trim phases, as well as rescheduling underground and tug-related work. This role ensures accurate communication with builders, maintains scheduling systems, and tracks inspection outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule all rough and trim work using Computer Ease and distribute schedules accordingly
- Utilize Supply Pro to schedule jobs and communicate with builders regarding roughs and trims
- Maintain and update the master schedule; notify relevant departments or clients of any changes or delays
- Schedule inspections for underslab, tugs, roughs, and tug changeover/pre-power (as required by county)
- Process payment for failed inspection fees and maintain records of failed inspections
- Track inspection results (pass/fail) using Excel logs for subdivisions on the shared drive
- Communicate with county offices to resolve issues that prevent inspection scheduling (e.g., linking Notice of Commencement to permits)
- Monitor job site progress through various builder websites
- Provide coverage for other locations when team members are unavailable
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
- Ability to learn Computer Ease and other scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn new processes
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- 4+ years of scheduling experience preferred
- 3+ years of data entry experience preferred
