Administrative Assistant - 3-4 Month Contract - 100% REMOTE
Must be flexible to work an East Coast Time Zone.
The Administrative Assistant organizes and archives company documents. Their main duties
include collecting documents from various areas, developing an effective document storage,
and filing system and digitizing hard copies of documents. This position reports to the Manager
and requires timely completion and supervision.
Job Functions:
Research and gathers required data needed to classify documents using various FINRA
systems and approved external sources.
Create, digitize, and upload documents.
Apply retention policy per documents.
Maintain a spreadsheet.
Proactively communicate findings to assigned Manager.
Collaborate with Manager to identify best practices and ongoing review of processes to
ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
