Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create candidate profiles in the internal database with all contact information, employer info, and reference
  • Save employee photo
  • Save resume in database
  • Proofread and format resumes for submission to clients
  • Create jobs in the internal database
  • Create individual folders for each job
  • Create doc with internal job details and save
  • Modify job description to be sent to consultants and save
  • Post jobs on job boards
  • Remove old jobs from the boards
  • Submit Candidates to jobs in the internal database
  • Save formatted resumes in the job folder
  • Update status of jobs in the internal database as jobs go on hold and close
  • Obtain references from candidates
  • Create right to represents for each job
  • Submit resumes through online portals for various clients
  • Upon requirement being filled/closed, notify consultants that were not selected for the job
  • Help answer the phone and connect callers to the appropriate parties
  • Screen calls and transfer all employers phishing for c2c jobs to the designated voicemail box
  • Record time, date, and any other interview details in the internal database and the job tracker spreadsheet
  • Confirm the interview with the consultant the night before or the morning of the interview
  • Update the number of submittals to each State of RI job on the RI job tracker daily
  • Track the number of vendors on each vendor call
  • Update RI job tracker accordingly as jobs are filled, canceled, or placed on hold
  • Record daily zooms on tracker
  • Do Zoom Totals weekly/monthly
  • Record source of placements on tracker
  • Save offshore recruiter RAT sheets in folders daily
  • HR duties, as needed


Additional Responsibilities (as time permits)

  • Support recruiters by sourcing, negotiating rate, and confirming availability of candidates for active positions
  • Share qualified candidates with recruiters
  • Source for common positions and add those people to the app – such as .Net Developers, QAs, BAs, Helpdesk, etc.
  • Sort through job posting responses and discard those that don’t meet basic requirements (i.e. location, visa status, etc.)
  • Proactively reach out to cold candidates in database (via email) to check in and request updates
  • Create and disseminate report of candidates who checked in to recruiting team
  • Other duties, as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in MS Word
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Accuracy
