Internship Details:

  • Status: Paid Internship
  • Schedule: Part-time On-site Mon-Wed; 24 hrs a week (7am-4pm CT)
  • Duration: Summer 2026


Position Summary:

Administrative Assistant (Intern) - responsible for general office duties, including answering incoming calls, inbound/outbound mailings, local office inventory, and more. The best candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, be a great communicator, and be able to multi-task and thrive as part of a fast-paced organization. Recent grads or full-time students able to work 24+ hrs/wk encouraged to apply!


Day to Day:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations
  • Monitor and restock front desk and office materials as needed
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Assist with packing and shipping marketing materials
  • Provide support to back-office teams by assisting with additional tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Must love people! High-level of customer service is a must-have for this position
  • Must have or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline (communications, human resources, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through a must
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to take direction and deliver results regarding projects and deadlines
