The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Administrative Assistant position is a very important role within NewPath as it supports and serves all aspects of our agency. The Administrative Assistant assists management and all visitors to the agency and is responsible for providing administrative support, phone coverage, and additional coverage for other NewPath campuses as needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service to NewPath clients, family members, external clients, and staff.
  • Develop data management tools in the database or excel for tracking due dates, client census, etc., as required by program managers.
  • Act as a liaison for NewPath and external clients, including funders, guardians, and transportation companies.
  • Provide administrative support to Agency Departments/Programs.
  • Answer incoming calls ensuring coverage at all times.
  • Greet all visitors, providing them with information and assistance, as needed.
  • Supervise the general reception area, including the lobby.
  • Maintain office equipment and order supplies when necessary.
  • Maintain the conference room and common area meeting schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma/or Equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or college coursework in a human services-related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excel at both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours which may include some evenings and weekends at all NewPath campuses.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
