Our client is a financial services firm in Chicago and they are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Due to the nature of this role, it sits on site, in the office Monday-Friday.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls while ensuring clear, professional communication.
  • Process paperwork with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining organized calendars and smooth logistics.
  • Run reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage calendars, book travel arrangements and process expenses for executives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of reception/administrative experience, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Financial services experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Financial Services experience is a huge plus
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills


Based on experience, the salary range for this role is $50,000-$100,000.
