✔ 0–1 year of professional experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
Additional Consideration for Candidates With:
• Experience supporting multiple team members or executives
• Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, or travel arrangements
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or corporate environments
• Experience working independently and managing competing deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Manage a high volume of emails and phone communications
• Maintain and manage calendars for banking professionals
• Coordinate conference rooms, virtual meetings, and internal/external events
• Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and transportation
• Process expenses and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to multiple team members simultaneously
• Assist with ad hoc projects and day-to-day operational needs
• Provide coverage and support for colleagues as needed
