Job Summary
This is an administrative coordination role responsible for supporting multi-market operations
across the Tennessee Valley region. The TN Valley Coordinator manages collection efforts
across all Valley markets and provides operational support to news,, advertising, special
sections, digital, and classified departments.
Essential Functions
Collection & Accounts Receivable
• Manage and coordinate collection efforts across all Tennessee Valley markets
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Communicate with advertisers and customers regarding past-due balances
• Work with sales teams and management to resolve billing disputes and payment issues
• Track collection activity and provide regular status reports to management
Advertising & Sales Support
• Provide administrative support to advertising sales teams across the Valley
• Serve as liaison to advertising vendors
• Assist in the preparation of media kits and promotional materials
• Coordinate special sections planning and production across markets
• Support classified advertising operations and customer inquiries
Special Events Projects
• Serve as project leader for special events relating to advertising sales, sales tracking,
and marketing projects
• Coordinate event logistics and timelines across markets
News & Editorial Support
• Provide administrative support to newsroom operations as needed
• Assist with coordination between the editorial and advertising departments
Digital Support
• Support digital advertising operations and fulfillment
• Assist with digital campaign coordination and reporting as needed
