Position Information:
NWHSU is excited to announce an opportunity to join our Functional and Integrative Nutrition Program as an Adjunct Faculty member!This is an exciting opportunity to inspire future wellness professionals while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative academic community. In this role, you will bring course content to life through high-quality, engaging instruction and foster an inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and empowered. You'll provide timely, constructive feedback, facilitate meaningful discussions, and use creative, innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible, adjunct faculty position.
Work Location: Fully remote
Course Assignment Specifics:
Potential courses to teach: Nutrition in Pain, Inflammation, and Chronic Disease; Developmental and Lifestyle Nutrition; Functional Nutrition Technology & Diagnostics; Evidence Based Nutrition; or other related coursework.
These are established courses. Syllabus and course content already created.

Compensation:
$1,760 per academic credit.
The hiring rate reflects a candidate with a doctoral degree and at least 5+ semesters of college-level teaching experience. Candidates with less experience or a lower degree level will have their rate adjusted accordingly.
