We are seeking an exceptional leader to modernize and elevate how Caesars Digital acquires customers. This role is a high‑impact operator responsible for improving the full acquisition journey, strengthening our technical and operational foundation, and enabling measurable conversion gains across all brands. This is a critical, high‑visibility role requiring a rare blend of strategy, technical depth, and hands‑on execution. You will influence MarTech and product roadmaps, redesign workflows, and drive cross‑functional alignment to accelerate our acquisition engine. Acquisition UX & Journey Transformation

  • Lead high‑stakes transformation of the ad → FTD journey, identifying friction and executing UX enhancements that deliver meaningful, measurable conversion lifts.
  • Partner across Product, MarTech, CRM, Creative, and Analytics to build experiences worthy of a category leader.

 

MarTech, CRM, & Capability Enablement

  • Serve as the strategic owner of our MarTech evolution, influencing multi‑quarter investment decisions and shaping the capabilities that unlock future growth.
  • Ensure tools are not just adopted but transformed into competitive advantages.

 

Ad Operations, Tagging & Data Activation

  • Own operational excellence across tagging, tracking, pixels, and data flow for all acquisition campaigns.
  • Ensure clean, reliable, privacy‑compliant data that supports measurement, targeting, attribution, and optimization.
  • Lead cross‑functional troubleshooting and build resilient processes that support scaling campaigns efficiently.

 

Process Optimization & Operating Model Improvement

  • Standardize intake, GTM execution, QA, and feedback loops to improve speed, quality, and accountability.
  • Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for simplicity, automation, and cross‑functional clarity.
  • Introduce modern operating practices that strengthen collaboration and accelerate decision‑making.

 

Performance Management, Insights & Test‑and‑Learn

  • Define KPIs, leading indicators, and guardrails for journey optimization, MarTech usage, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Analytics on test design, measurement plans, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for GTM, Product, Analytics, and channel teams.

 

Target Setting Measurement & Performance Management

  • Own annual and in‑year targets for CAC, LTV, margin, GGR/NGR, and channel‑level pacing.
  • Translate campaign goals into measurable KPIs across funnel stages and audience strategies.
  • Deliver clear performance readouts to inform next‑best actions and planning cycles.

 

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Represent Acquisition in cross‑functional and executive forums, simplifying complex operational and technical topics into clear narratives.
  • Drive alignment and decision‑making around capability investments, MarTech roadmap, and cross‑team dependencies.

 

Strategic + Operational Excellence

  • This role requires a rare combination of:
