Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume invoice processing and exception resolution in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong experience in Oracle Fusion and the ability to work independently while ensuring timely and accurate invoice posting and payment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience (high-volume processing required) in biotech/pharma industry.
• Strong experience handling invoice discrepancies and exception management
• Oracle Fusion experience is required
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
