Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the full cycle accounts payable process with a strong focus on invoice problem resolution, vendor account reconciliation, and maintaining effective controls to safeguard company assets. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks, eager to gain hands-on experience in a large healthcare environment, and experienced in working within a large ERP system.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role begins onsite for approximately 2–3 weeks for training, after which it can transition to remote work if preferred. The position may require coming into the office about once every two weeks to scan physical mail. Contractors will need to use and bring their own computer in accordance with company policy. The work environment involves a large ERP system, electronic invoice interfaces such as EDI and OnDemand AP, and regular collaboration with Supply Chain and procurement teams in a healthcare-focused setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
