Accounts Payable Clerk


A well-established manufacturing company in Anaheim is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This is a temp to hire opportunity working onsite. The company offers a stable work environment, strong leadership, and a healthy work-life balance with little to no overtime.


Position Details

  • Location: Anaheim (100% onsite)
  • Pay: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience
  • Schedule: 8-5 hours, minimal OT


What You’ll Do

  • Handle full-cycle accounts payable
  • Match and process PO and non-PO invoices
  • Prepare and assist with weekly check runs
  • Maintain vendor records and accounts
  • Research and resolve vendor issues and discrepancies
  • Perform vendor reconciliations


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience
  • Experience with 3-way matching
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Excel skills
