Account Manager Job Summary:

Immediate opening for an enterprising Account Manager to manage a geographic territory and drive growth of chemicals, ingredients, and services. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with customers and show them the competitive value of the company’s products and services, and successfully improve customer satisfaction and growth. The ideal Account Manager has at least three years of experience in B2B sales and is willing to learn and grow in the chemical industry.

The Account Manager is a full-time, direct-hire position in Orlando, FL.

Account Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Appointments & Call on Prospective Customers at Commercial, Industrial & Other Businesses in The Territory to Demonstrate The Value of Products & Services Offered

  • Determine Customer’s Needs, Potential Volume, Price Schedules & Discount Rates by Reviewing Market Analysis & Implementing a Sales Campaign to Accommodate the Customers’ Goals

  • Keep Existing Customers Informed Regarding New Products & Services, Market Trends & Price Changes

  • Persuade New Customers by Explaining The Benefits of Current Programs

  • Provide Marketing Materials to Customers & Set Up Merchandise & Promotion Displays

  • Resolve Problems With Customers’ Process if They Arise & Handle Credit Issues

  • Ensure Customers Receive Products Promptly by Coordinating With Suppliers

  • Inform Internal Departments (Purchasing, Customer Service, Management) of Any Changes in Customers' Requirements, Including Forecast Changes, Credit Concerns, Competitive Data, Etc.

  • Update Existing Account Profiles & Complete Profiles for New Accounts

  • Weekly Submission of Expense Report

  • Assist With Other Duties if Assigned

Chemical Control Systems Operator Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or Related Field Required

  • 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience or Equivalent Combination of Education & Experience is Preferred

  • Experience Using a CRM System is Preferred

  • Must be Able to Do Mathematical Calculations Including Discounts, Interest, Commissions, Proportions & Percentages

  • Must be Able to Read & Interpret Technical Documents, Business Procedures & Government Regulations

  • Must Have Excellent Communication, Both Written & Verbal, & be Able to Communicate Effectively With Managers, Clients, Customers, & The General Public

  • Must Have Experience Using Microsoft Office 365

  • Must Have a Valid Driver’s License

  • Must be Able to Stand, Walk, Sit & Lift 10 LBS Regularly & up to 50lbs Occasionally

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
