Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA have partnered with a leading facilities management provider who is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in San Antonio, TX.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Manage daily team operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to define requirements and implement strategic plans.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on service level performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues while managing client expectations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years’ relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience within healthcare environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and operational planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
