What You’ll Do
- Support cases and deliver in-OR clinical expertise across assigned accounts
- Train clinical teams on surgical instruments and product usage
- Drive product trials, conversions, and increased utilization within accounts
- Build relationships with OR staff, nurses, and sterile processing teams
- Partner with Account Executives on territory strategy and expansion
- Manage opportunities and activity through Salesforce

What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with surgical instruments and OR procedures
- Strong communication skills with an interest in sales
- Ability to operate in fast-paced clinical environments and support live cases
- Bachelor’s (BA) preferred; Associate’s considered with relevant experience
