Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering with a privately held commercial landscape organization in Milwaukee, WI, to hire a Senior Account Manager. This role will manage and grow a commercial landscape maintenance portfolio while driving client retention, service quality, enhancement sales, and branch profitability.

Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial landscape maintenance clients
  • Manage a portfolio starting around $700K, with growth toward $1M+
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure service delivery meets contract standards
  • Conduct regular property inspections, site walks, and client check-ins
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and support account growth
  • Help maintain client retention, renewal rates, and account profitability


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial landscape maintenance accounts across the Milwaukee market
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Conduct property inspections and client walkthroughs
  • Address client concerns quickly and professionally
  • Partner with production teams to ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met
  • Monitor service performance, labor efficiency, and job profitability
  • Identify and propose landscape enhancements and property improvements
  • Support renewals, retention, and portfolio growth
  • Maintain clear communication between clients, operations, and branch leadership


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial landscape account management, maintenance operations, or related green industry experience
  • Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance portfolios
  • Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and horticulture practices
  • Ability to identify and sell enhancement opportunities
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the local territory


Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000
