Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role based in Franklin, OH. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships. Tasks include maintaining communication with and ensuring the satisfaction of our partners and clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, collaborating with various teams, and delivering excellence.


Qualifications

  • Full-time in Office Position in Franklin, Ohio
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Communication
  • Experience in Excel and ideally, NetSuite
  • Proficiency in E-Mail Communication and Telephone Conversations
  • Organization, Time Management, and Care
  • Ability to achieve timely and complete communication.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well independently
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
  • An interest in high school athletics preferred
