THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Account Manager, you aren’t just managing a list of names; you are the strategic engine behind our most important client relationships. You will sit at the intersection of retail media strategy, expert content, and brand performance.


Your mission: Drive overall client success through upselling and strategic relationship management, working alongside our Sales and Content Production teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns that influence purchase behavior at scale.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact retail media and brand accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities based on video creative performance and strategic alignment
  • Lead QBRs and strategic check-ins to showcase ROI and outline growth paths
  • Ensure seamless execution of shopper-first video content and creative deliverables
  • Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Stay ahead of RMN trends and retail media platform updates (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Roundel)
  • Bring positivity, a solution-oriented mindset, new ideas, and fun to the team



REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in account management/client success, including 1+ years in the marketing or retail media space at a retailer, retail media network, agency, or RMN vendor
  • Proven success in account expansion and renewals
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and media performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
