What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking to closing and expanding client relationships.
  • Engage new clients across the technology and professional services sectors, introducing Procom’s full range of Consulting Services solutions.
  • Partner with our Recruitment team to deliver high-quality, compelling candidate presentations that showcase the best fit for your clients.
  • Leverage AI tools to build stronger sales pipelines, enhance client communications, and continuously improve sales tactics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay agile and adapt to evolving market needs and client priorities with confidence and speed.


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of professional sales experience (preferably B2B, IT, or staffing) or 2+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven sales outcomes.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and proactively developing new client relationships through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Demonstrated tech-savvy mindset with an AI-driven approach to solving challenges and optimizing sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
  • A team mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for connecting people and opportunity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
