Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities

- Assist in setting up discovery calls and understanding client needs and pain points
- Maintain accurate tracking of client interactions and pipeline activity

Qualifications:
-4 + years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (IT Services/ Solutions experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to learn business development and consultative selling techniques
- Positive attitude, coachability, and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Preferred (but not required):
- Exposure to MSP environments or IT Services
- Experience interacting with mid-level client stakeholders

Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for an Account Manager, based in Spartanburg, SC. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, serve as a primary contact for accounts, and ensure client satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, performing account management operations, identifying opportunities for upselling, and delivering regular progress reports.
