About the Role
We are hiring an Account Executive to support and manage automotive dealership marketing accounts. This role works closely with Account Directors and internal teams to ensure client success, campaign execution, and clear communication.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly. High-performing Account Executives may be considered for promotion to Account Director within approximately 6 months, based on performance, ownership, and ambition.
What You’ll Do
- Support Account Directors across a portfolio of automotive dealership accounts
- Participate in client calls, reporting reviews, and ongoing communication
- Coordinate projects across paid media, SEO, creative, and other internal teams
- Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with performance reporting and client-facing summaries
- Help resolve issues, answer client questions, and manage follow-ups
- Learn automotive dealership workflows, OEM requirements, and agency processes
- Take increasing ownership of accounts as experience and trust are earned

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years experience in an agency, account management, or client services role
- Experience supporting or managing multiple clients at once
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
- Automotive dealership marketing experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing (paid search, paid social, SEO, etc.)
- Experience working with reporting or performance metrics
