Account Executive

We are looking to grow our Tempe team! The ideal applicant will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking, talking on the phone, and collaborating with colleagues and clients all across the United States. In this role, you will play a key part in recruiting and staffing special education professionals for school districts. Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and place qualified special education professionals in school districts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating contracts.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential school district partners.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates and proactively identify staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with hiring and credentialing requirements.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including placements and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Preferred prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Passion for making a difference in the education sector
