While our company is headquartered in NYC our GTM leadership team is Raleigh-based and in the trenches with you.


THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, early-career Account Executive ready to own a full sales cycle and grow their craft. You'll be closing SMB deals ranging from $900 to $15,000 in annual contract value, with a clear path to our mid-market book of business ($15K+ ACV) as you develop.


You'll work closely with our BDRs and other AEs to source and close business and customer success team post-close. You'll use a modern sales stack including HubSpot, Nooks, Seamless, and ZoomInfo.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close on SMB accounts
  • Manage a pipeline of active opportunities and move deals forward consistently
  • Own the sales cycle from discovery, to demo to close
  • Hit monthly and quarterly quotas and track performance accurately in HubSpot
  • Learn the trades industries we serve (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and develop expertise that makes you a trusted advisor
  • Contribute to a team culture of transparency, competitiveness, and continuous improvement


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales role (SMB, inside sales, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to have real conversations with prospects, handle objections, and move deals forward
  • Hunger to improve: you want coaching, you take feedback, and you apply it
  • Strong communication skills: clear, direct, and confident without being pushy
  • Organized and accountable: you keep your pipeline clean and your commitments
  • Competitive mindset and a high standard for your own performance
  • Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still being built
  • Located in the Triangle area (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill): this role is hybrid, with regular in-office time


COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Base salary: $75-90K, with a 50/50 base-to-variable split at plan. $150-$180k OTE. We're upfront about our numbers and how you get there.


Beyond SMB, there's a real path into mid-market and eventually enterprise as you build your track record here. We promote from within and are building a team that grows with us.
