The Role: Account Executive (Full-Cycle)

 

We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Executive who can generate new leads, run product demos, and close deals. This role owns the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting through close, and requires experience carrying a quota.

 

You’ll work closely with leadership to grow pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue. 


Candidate Location: Michigan Area, or Toronto

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals) 
  • Experience managing and growing existing and net new logo accounts 
  • Experience selling to the C-suite 
  • Build and manage a healthy, predictable sales pipeline 
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and buying criteria 
  • Lead live product demos, tailoring messaging to each prospect
  • Act as a consultant, helping prospects think differently about their business 
  • Manage deals through the full sales cycle and close net-new business 
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and drive deals to completion 
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline reporting 
  • Share market and customer feedback to improve messaging and sales execution 

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5+ years of consultative, B2B SaaS sales experience with closing responsibility
  • Proven experience carrying and owning a quota
  • Ability to cold prospect prospects and convert conversations into pipeline opportunities
  • Strong discovery, demo, and deal-management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • A self-driven, motivated mindset with a passion for sales 
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a growing environment 
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, or medtech
