Job Title: Sr. Account Executive

Employment Type: W2 Contract | Remote

Pay Rate: $100 hourly

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support the growth of a rapidly expanding hotel marketplace. This role is responsible for identifying new hotel partners, generating leads, managing sales opportunities, and helping bring high-quality hotel inventory onto the platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience building client relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics within an assigned territory.
  • Prospect and identify new hotel partnership opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting through onboarding.
  • Clearly communicate the platform's value proposition through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, and management groups.
  • Support the launch of new markets by identifying inventory opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Assist with partner onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from sales to activation.
  • Implement scalable growth strategies that drive business impact across hotel partners.
  • Analyze market opportunities and execute strategic initiatives to increase supply acquisition.


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnership development.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, startup, marketplace, or digital platform environment.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive goals.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term business relationships.
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality, travel, hotel, or tourism industry experience.
  • Experience working with hotel groups, hospitality operators, or accommodation partners.
  • Startup or marketplace platform experience.
  • Experience launching new markets or expanding partner networks.
