We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to lead one of our key client relationships. This is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX.


This role is equal parts relationship lead and execution driver. You will own the client relationship while also playing a hands-on role in bringing programs to life—supporting onsite production, overseeing event execution, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly in real time.


You’ll act as the strategic and operational lead across the account—guiding program direction, managing multiple workstreams, and partnering closely with multiple producers and internal teams across various accounts to deliver high-impact events, training programs, and integrated marketing initiatives.


This role requires regular travel for client meetings, rehearsals, and onsite event execution.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do…

  • Serve as the primary client lead and day-to-day point of contact
  • Drive overall account strategy, program planning, and execution
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and ongoing communications
  • Build and manage budgets, scopes, and timelines across multiple initiatives
  • Partner closely with multiple producers to deliver seamless programs
  • Oversee and support onsite event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly
  • Act as a key presence onsite—managing details, troubleshooting issues, and keeping teams aligned
  • Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and execution
  • Support integrated marketing efforts, including advertising and media coordination
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and expand our impact
