Compensation & Benefits
  • Total compensation opportunity of $100K–$123K/year (between base salary + monthly performance bonuses)

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and patient care excellence
  • Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and performance management for a multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (productivity, quality, financials) to drive performance and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a manageable patient care caseload based on clinic volume
  • Support staffing needs, onboarding, and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure compliance with policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage clinic financial performance, including budget and expense oversight
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and strong employee engagement
  • Partner with leadership and business development to support program growth and referral relationships
  • Represent the organization with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Required: Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  • Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE with Board Certification and state licensure if applicable per state in specific discipline
  • Required: Experience working with children ages 0-18 implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  • Required: 2-5 years working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Preferred: Experience working in a leadership role amongst a team of clinical peers, reporting on clinical and operational KPIs
