The A&P Mechanic performs heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and aircraft modifications in a high-volume Heavy Maintenance / MRO environment. This role focuses on complex mechanical and structural tasks on a variety of commercial and large fixed-wing aircraft, including engine and landing gear work, structural repairs, and flight control system maintenance.
Responsibilities

You will work alongside a large, experienced team in multi-hangar facilities with exposure to a wide variety of aircraft types and complex maintenance projects. Work Environment
Work takes place in extremely large MRO and heavy maintenance hangars with multiple bays and multiple aircraft in process. You will operate in a large, multi-hangar environment that supports a diverse mix of Airbus and Boeing aircraft as well as other large fixed-wing platforms. The role requires shift flexibility, with schedules available on 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM), 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), and 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM), and the ability to work some weekends based on operational needs. You must provide your own tools and wear steel-toe shoes as part of the required attire. The environment is hands-on, tool-intensive, and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
