What You’ll Do- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable cocktail service to guests
- Take drink and food orders, deliver items accurately, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including specialty cocktails, wine, and featured items
- Monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and provide recommendations
- Handle payments, process transactions, and follow all cash‑handling procedures
- Support bar and service teams with restocking, setup, and side work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies

What We’re Looking For- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous serving or cocktailing experience in a bar, lounge, or high‑volume environment preferred
- Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine a plus
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and upbeat, outgoing personality
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays/drinks as needed
