Shift Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift
We are looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Shift Production Supervisor to join our team on the 2nd Shift. In this critical leadership role, you will direct and coordinate production activities to ensure high-quality output, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise shift personnel, ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures
- Monitor production processes to maintain environmental compliance
- Act as the primary management representative for all matters during off-shifts
- Coordinate production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules
- Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot production and maintenance issues
- Ensure all processes follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare and maintain accurate production documents and records
- Ensure necessary tools, supplies, and resources are available for the team
- Oversee special projects and trials as assigned by management
- Develop and support direct reports through coaching and guidance
- Escalate any critical issues or situations requiring senior management involvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline OR minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- ERP system experience (preferred)
- Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) experience (preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Demands: This position is based in a production environment and requires:
- Climbing stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Extensive walking, standing, bending, and lifting
- Exposure to dust, noise, and seasonal temperature changes (outdoor elements)
