What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll supportthemanufacturing of high-quality parts includingengine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and morethat serve industries like Automotive, Medical, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You’ll work in aclean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facilitywhere your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Proficiency in operating 5 Axis Machining Centers— required
- Strong programming skills— required
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
- Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish
A Day in the Life:
- Set up, program, and operate5-AxisMachining Centers
- Review part specification and requirements.
- Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
- Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
- Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
- Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
- Keep work areas clean, safe, andorganized
