Position Overview:
A QC intern should come in with basic lab skills (pipetting, pH measurement, using balances), foundational coursework in chemistry, and comfort with tools like Excel and following SOPs. Familiarity with GMP/GLP concepts and strong attention to detail are also expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• The intern will support day‑to‑day laboratory operations, including sample management, document organization and archiving, and assisting laboratory scientists with routine tasks.
• They will contribute to special projects as assigned by management and gain hands - on exposure to quality control testing in an analytical laboratory setting.
• Throughout the internship, they will observe key lab functions such as sample handling, data review workflows, and metrology activities.
• The role also provides the opportunity to become familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
• Pharmacy or Chemistry major
