We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney (2-5 years of experience) to join our Corpus Christi office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters in construction, transportation, and/or personal injury defense.
- Take expert depositions, draft and argue motions, and prepare complex case evaluations.
- Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills while effectively managing client relationships.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team, taking initiative and seeking opportunities for growth.
- Show a commitment to excellence, leadership, and continued professional development.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- 2-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
- First- or second-chair trial experience a plus.
