Selected candidates will be responsible for client intake, developing retention strategies, and managing professional office operations in line with SJKP, LLP’s global strategy. 1. Legal Coordinator: Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust are essential. Experience in high-stakes sales (Insurance, Auto, Marketing) or intake management at large law firms/medical institutions is highly preferred.
2. Legal Secretary: Majors in Secretarial Studies, Communications, or related fields. Experience with Clio or other case management systems. Multilingual skills are a significant plus.
3.Legal Client Intake Specialist
Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Communications, Business, Psychology, Law, or related fields).
Competencies: Experience in inbound phone handling or face-to-face customer service; a strong service-oriented mindset.
Preferences: Interest in the legal service industry; experience with CRM or intake software; Multilingual skills (Highly preferred).

Associate/Staff: $40,000 – $60,000
