Title: Regional Oncology/Hematology Clinic & Infusion Center Operations Manager, RN

Location: Fully On‑Site | Multi‑Site Leadership

Primary Locations Overseen:

• West Clinic: Knoxville, TN 37932
• Lenoir City Clinic: Lenoir City, TN 37772

Role Summary

The Regional Oncology/Hematology Clinic & Infusion Center Operations Manager, RN provides hands‑on operational and clinical leadership for two growing oncology clinics and infusion centers. This leader is responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality patient care, strong staff engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards across both sites.

The role requires frequent travel between the West Knoxville and Lenoir City locations and periodic travel to other regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow for clinics and infusion services
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative teams; support direct patient care when needed
• Drive improvements in RN engagement, retention, and accountability
• Monitor patient experience, quality metrics, and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation requirements
• Manage budgets, payroll oversight, productivity, and resource utilization
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and cross‑functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license (Tennessee)
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in oncology/hematology
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a multi‑provider or ambulatory setting
• Oncology experience required; OCN certification strongly preferred
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
