• Handle a varied caseload of insurance defense matters (liability + personal injury)
• Take ownership of files with direct partner access and mentorship

• Play a key role in case strategy and trial preparation
• Work across broader civil litigation matters as needed
� What they’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong litigation fundamentals (depos, motions, case handling)
• Someone who wants more responsibility + better quality work
• Texas Bar admission
💰 Package:
• $175,000 base
• Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
